I was given this pack as a gift about 2 years ago. Back the nit was only available in the larger packs. It took me around 6 months to use it all up. And ever since, I have placed an order every 6 months. I feel, and am performing rather better than 4 years ago.
I am a runner and just noticed (the last 2 months), with a bit of delight I must say, that during my last 5 races including 3 parkruns, 1 full marathon and a 10 km race, I finished number 1 in my age category (70 to 74) in all of them, which is quite unusual for me as I am just a fun run amateur.
