On my last trip home to the United States, I was sitting at the kitchen table in my childhood home surrounded by packing boxes. My parents were getting ready to move out west after my dad retired, and I was sorting through the things that would go with them and the things we were going to let go. It’s a story many of you would be familiar with, I am sure.
That’s how I ended up with my old trading cards spread out in front of me.
Most of them were baseball cards from the mid-1990s, kept in those big collector binders and a few of the better ones in individual cases. When I opened the first binder the smell hit me right away: that dry, slightly sweet cardboard scent that only those cards have. It took me straight back to being a kid, riding my bike to the trading card shop, buying a pack with my pocket money, and eagerly ripping it open to see what was inside.
Those were the years hometown team the Cleveland Indians were at their best. They were good. Really good. They went to the World Series in 1995 and again in 1997. It felt like I lived and died with that team as a young lad.
Somewhere in the binders I found the 1995 All-Star cards. That game was played in Arlington. The National League won 3–2, but I didn’t care much about the final score. I got to watch three of my favorite Indians out there: Carlos Baerga at second, Albert Belle in left, Kenny Lofton in center. Manny Ramirez was on the bench. Ken Griffey Jr. was there too. On the other side you had Mike Piazza, Barry Bonds, Mark Grace, Reggie Sanders. The best players from both leagues on the same field for one night.
I sat there for a while just looking at them, hit with that old childhood wonder and a solid dose of nostalgia.
A few weeks ago I was thinking about the new DoNotAge® 15-in-1 routine when the connection suddenly hit me. This new product? It is like the All-Star team for your long-term health.
I don’t mean that in some sort of marketing-slogan way. I mean it in the actual sense of putting the strongest available players on the field, all at the same time, and letting them work together to be the best team possible.
This analogy really does play out quite well. NMN is the one generating the cellular energy, the way a power hitter changes the whole complexion of an inning. Ca-AKG keeps the metabolic side running cleanly, perhaps like the ace pitcher who gets you through innings quickly and keeps the game under control. SIRT6Activator sits in that veteran-captain role, supporting the deeper longevity pathways. SulforaBoost handles defense and detox. Spermidine takes care of the cellular cleanup. Nitralis supports circulation and flow. Each one has a clear job.
None of them can cover the whole field alone. They have to work as a team.
That’s the point of ensuring you address all of the twelve hallmarks of aging directly. You don’t get lasting results by solving one or two problems. You need the full team out there. When you do this from a list of individual ingredients, the shopping list starts getting long and the practical problem becomes obvious. Most people can’t keep ten or fifteen separate bottles going every single day for years (even I, a veteran biohacker, find this challenging). But consistency is where the results actually live, so that is our target. With the DoNotAge routine, one sachet puts the whole team on the field at once.
And for this analogy to connect with you, consider that this doesn’t just apply to baseball. If the 1992 Dream Team is the image that still gives you chills, use that. Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Patrick Ewing and the rest, all in the same jersey. Or pick the most stacked soccer (sorry, football!) side you can remember from any era. Or hockey. Or whatever sport still lives in your chest. The specific names don’t matter. The feeling does: the best available talent, finally playing together, and this time they’re playing for you. Every day.
That’s what the DoNotAge® routine is built to be.
I still have those cards. The cardboard still smells the same. And every time I think about the fifteen ingredients in that daily sachet, I come back to the same simple picture: the best players on the field at the same time, working as the all-star team in the game that matters most: your long-term health.
Here’s to the long game.
