These SMS Terms apply to the text messages DoNotAge.org ("DoNotAge®", "we", "us") sends to the mobile number you sign up with. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. The messages
When you sign up for text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from DoNotAge.org, such as offers, product news and reminders, at the mobile number you give. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Signing up is voluntary and separate from accepting our Terms of Service.

3. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets these charges under your plan.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. We send one message to confirm, then no more text messages unless you sign up again. You can also opt out by emailing hello@donotage.org.
5. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email hello@donotage.org.
6. Message delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Your mobile number and privacy
We never sell, rent, trade or share your mobile number, your SMS sign-up or your consent record with any third party, including companies in our group, for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use them only to send the text messages you signed up for, to answer your support requests and to meet legal requirements. HubSpot, which sends our text messages, processes them only on our behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
