In An Independent Study, Members Taking SureSleep® Reported Better Sleep And Daytime Energy

51 participants took SureSleep® and checked in daily to tell the researchers how they were feeling.

Comparing each person’s final 5 study days with their own baseline from before the product arrived:

Who Took Part

Participants were existing DoNotAge.org members in 13 countries who were looking for better sleep. Most had already tried the usual options, such as magnesium, melatonin, herbal blends, sleep teas, CBD or hemp, and sleep trackers, and 45% said nothing had worked particularly well before SureSleep®.

How It Was Measured

Every day, each participant rated their sleep quality and daytime energy out of 10, and logged how easily they fell asleep and how often they woke.
A baseline of 4 to 5 days was collected before the product arrived. Each person’s final 5 study days were compared with their own baseline.
Days disrupted by alcohol, travel, illness, intense exercise or unusual stress were excluded from the main analysis and reviewed separately.
60 members were confirmed and 51 completers were analyzed, from 1,472 daily check-ins, using effect sizes (Cohen’s d), 95% confidence intervals and 10,000-iteration bootstrap resampling.

What This Study Can’t Claim

It was a single-arm study with no placebo arm, randomization or blinding, so it can’t separate the product from placebo and natural variation.
Outcomes were self-reported, which carries recall and expectation bias.
A single cohort isn’t generalizable to the whole population.
It describes what these members reported. It is not a clinical efficacy claim, and individual results may vary.
