Hoping for blood tests soon to check cholesterol and blood sugars.I read a review about Berberine and thought I’d try it to stop my daily sugar cravings. I can’t quite believe the results. I have been taking this one for 2 months and I have no cravings at all and can go shopping without buying cakes biscuits or chocolate. Honestly I’m blown away because apart from no sweet purchases, I’ve also lost quite a lot of weight.
