Glycine and NAC (N-acetylcysteine) is one of the longevity world’s most exciting ingredients.
Glycine is an amino acid. Like NAC, glycine is needed to produce the glutathione antioxidant substance.
NAC, also called acetylcysteine is an antioxidant that can reduce inflammation too. It’s also been shown to reduce homocysteine levels, a substance linked to heart disease. NAC is used in supplements because it is a source of the amino acid, cysteine.

With this in mind, I did some of my own research and have been trying these out to try and beat hangovers this festive season. I took my dose before drinking and, although I'm no doctor, I did indeed notice an improved and quicker less painful hangover the next day, presumably due to the help received breaking down free radicals in my liver.
These capsules are vegan and vegetarian friendly, and are easy to swallow with no unpleasant aftertaste.
I got these to help improve my cognition and energy levels. The product arrived as described in the description, it arrived in a well-sealed plastic packaging just like the pictures.
The pills are easy to swallow and do not leave any aftertaste once consumed. The product seems good quality and I think for the price it's great value for money.
It's too early to say if I'm noticing any huge benefits from this product but time will tell. The ingredients seem fantastic and I like that there are no fillers or anything nasty in the product. Just clean, simple ingredients that are well-packaged for an affordable price.
I'm no expert on these things, but I definitely notice that I'm a bit sharper, cognitively, when I'm talking these. Ordinarily, I’d take NAC and Glycine separately so when I discovered them both in one supp I was pretty much sold on the spot. I pop 2 - 3 daily and have found that both my sleep and general energy levels have improved.I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 60 here. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Only just started taking these a few weeks ago, so too early to report on benefits.It comes with sixty capsules, which translates into a dose for one month, the recommended dose is two capsules per day.
The first sensation when opening the bottle is somewhat alarming because it smells of sulfide (something common due to its composition) but those who don't know it may think until the capsules come bad, which isn't it, is that it's the smell of Nac along with Glycine. Although their capsules have some flavor so I swallow them quickly with water to avoid it, they don't taste very good (just like they smell).
For people over 40 years of age and for people with inflammatory problems, it works quite well, both composition and quantity per dose are good.
4 star supplement is very good but its smell can put some off.I personally notice two effects in a clear way, an improvement in energy levels, in addition to an excellent mucolytic. Who has not ever taken N-Acetylcysteine effervescent tablets At least when I had a cold, I took them in the morning to expel the mucus and they were very effective. This supplement won't make you shed mucus if you don't have a cold, but it's still possible for your body to expel something, a sign that it's working. At least I notice it. Its detoxifying effects are noticeable.
Good supplement, especially suitable for those over 40, or for those who are subject to great oxidative stress such as athletes.
A little-known supplement, but with interesting benefits.
When you open the can, it emits a very strong putrefactive smell, this is normal in this type of product. It is almost
impossible to drink something with this smell, it is a smell similar to water in a state of putrefaction, but keep in mind that it is normal.
